The carving rack tops are made in three sizes - for 6, 9, and 12 inch candles. The tops work together with a rack base, sold separately. All rack tops fit the same rack base. The bottom crosspiece has a hole for the pin of the bottom cutting knife. The left side piece of the rack has two hole with fasteners which are used to hold the marking strips. The fasteners are easily removable for changing marking strips. The fasteners are long enough so that several marking strips can be stored on the rack top at the same time.
